We saw living in bondage the sequel at Silver Bird entertainment center Abuja and according to someone, the movie exceeded the hype and we totally agree. From casting, to production and acting, everything was top notch. David Jon was very impressive. It was like he was born to play his character. Munachi gave an outstanding performance and Zulu Adigwe proved why he is a veteran. Eyinna delivered as usual while Ramsey Noah who double as the director was spectacular. We couldn’t get enough of him. Let’s not forget Swanky JKA and Shawn Faqua. They were both convincing in their performance.
Just like most Marvel movies, like the avengers, living in bondage the sequel is a serious movie with many comic relieves.
The best part of the night was the lesson we learnt from the person of Charles Okpaleke, the executive producer of the movie. Vision is key and its important to take risks, dare to be different and most importantly, trust yourself.
We got to the venue early and was told it was going to be a drive through style viewing. Many thought this was crazy. Many had doubts. But at the end of the day, we all marveled at the ingenuity of it all. Kudos to everyone involved and kudos to his team for believing in his vision.
